Hello mates, the first thing to remind you that Runnerty is an open source technology, you can use it for free for life without any limitation.
But if you want, we propose one of the following plans that will help you enjoy a better experience on Runnerty platform, our Runnerty cloud service, allowing visualization of integration and automation of a software ecosystem in a way graphical, intuitive and personalized.
We present you different plans for different team needs. Working with Runnerty will forever change the way you develop.

Feature descriptions
- Projects. Number of your professional projects that you can develop on the Runnerty Platform.
- Users. Number of users who have access to the organization.
- Daily executions. Number of process executions to be stored* on the Runnerty Platform. This visual mode shows all the details of each execution: time that it has taken, command that has been executed, output of the process and parameters with which it has been executed. * This does not mean that Runnerty stops when the maximum is reached, only that they are not stored on the platform.
- History retention days. Number of days the history is stored.
- Chains launch and relaunch functions. Function that allows to launch or relaunch processes on the Runnerty Platform.
- Chains view (Graphic and Raw). View of the details of the chains.
Support plans
There are 4 support plans, plus tailored support, to suit your needs. All plans include support on Runnerty and the Runnerty Platform. If you have doubts about the developments, programs, or processes with which you work, we will be happy to help you.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. (Spanish time).
- Basic: support via email with a response within 72 hours after the request. Free when using the Team plan of the platform.
- Advanced: support via email with a response within 4 hours after the request within the established office hours. Free when using the Enterprise plan of the platform.
- Premium: Premium support includes contact number and instant support from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. It includes a supplement of € 100 per month and the purchase of the platform's
- Platinum: 24/7 Platinum support tailored to the customer. Contact us to make your necessary support plan.
